Using organic and fair trade oils, herbs, and aromas, to stimulate the life force and bring a sense of freedom and ease.

Ayurvedic Consult – $108
The Ayurvedic approach focuses in identifying imbalances in the body and mind, and restoring balance to support the innate healing and self repair process within the body. Lisa will employ the Ayurvedic technique of asking questions about your heath, diet, and routine to detect imbalances. She will help you to understand your unique constitution and how to take on easy daily activities, meditations, herbs, and routine adjustments to bring you better balance, immunity, and ultimately longevity.
Snehan-Abhyanga – 2 hours | $135
A full body ceremony! Treatment includes soothing warm oil massage of head and body using oils medicated with herbs appropriate to your dosha (constitution). Nourish and cleanse with nasya (oil in the nose) — an aromatherapeutic treatment that improves oxygenation and clears the channels of the head. With clear nasal passages – and a clear mind – experience an herbal steam in a traditional Ayurvedic swedana (steam box). The entire treatment is finished off with a flower-derived dusting of the body to remove oil and toxins.
Hibiscus Body Mask and Polish | $108
This treatment is added on to Full Body Ceremony

Hibiscus powder-antioxidants, breaking down dead skin and increase cell turnover.
Bentonite Clay – unclogs pores, naturally exfoliates, brightens skin
Kelp Powder – soften and rehydrate, minerals that penetrate and remove toxins
Bamboo Extract – improves elasticity, supports collagen, helps to alleviate eczema and psoriasis.
Collodial Oatmeal – specifically for inflamed skin conditions, reduces dryness and acne, can reduce eczema and psoriasis.
Black Seed Oil- fights acne, clogged pores, inflammation, antibacterial, it can fill fine lines and wrinkles and fade , and can reduce discoloration and sun spots.
Vitamin E Oil – nourish and protect skin from sun damage, antioxidant rich and makes skin look youthful.
Nourishing Ayurvedic Facial – 1.5 hours | $135
A facial massage using oil with herbs that are recommended for face, hair, and brain activity. There is a focus on the marma points:
specialized crossroad places on face, chest, and skull which release stress and encourage detox and flow when gently massaged. Treatment includes nasya (oil in the nose) which helps to eliminate excess mucus and provides under the skin lubrication producing deep anti-aging face lift effect. This aroma therapeutic facial improves oxygenation and clears the channels of face, neck, and skull restoring balance and beauty.
Shirodhara – 1.25 hours | $120
A traditional treatment for the head: a continuous stream of warm oil brewed with specific herbs is poured on the ajna marma (third eye) and points on the forehead to relax overstimulated mental functioning; padabhyanga (foot massage) & hastabhyanga (hand massage)with warm oil to promote stability & enhance stimulation of the organs.
